From our store in Swans Yard, Shaftesbury, Dorset, SP78JQ. Please add a note for when you can collect. Weekend collections are not always possible.

Dispatch time

We send off our parcels Monday – Friday. Any orders we receive before 2:00pm on a weekday will be sent the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm may be sent the same day but most likely the following working day.

Returns

Refund upon arrival

If you aren’t satisfied with your order then the first step is to contact us via email help@forget-me-not-eco-shop.co.uk

We have a 30 day return policy. If you purchased your order online you may return up to 30 days after the order date for a full refund. We will provide you with a return address (this is also on your postage label), please keep everything packaged and once the order has returned we can issue a refund (excluding shipping costs).

If you purchased your product in store and it is not faulty we can offer you full refund for the amount.

Damaged packages

If your parcel arrived damaged and this has affected the quality of your products then please get in touch and we can either re-send the damaged items or issue you a refund. Picture proof will be required.
