Lemon Grass Cymbopogon Citratus

Lemon grass is thought to aid digestion and have antibacterial properties. It has been used to help reduce fevers and to help with flatulence and colic.
The infusion is light with a refreshing lemon quality.
Drink 1-4 cups a day.
Do not drink during pregnancy.

Origin: Egypt

Preparation: Use filtered and freshly boiled water 100°C
Allow 1 level teaspoon of tea per 200ml cup +1 for the pot.
Infuse for 5-8min.
